Buildings and Grounds
The Building and Grounds division is in charge of these followings: the building management, the building maintenance, the building construction system, the building security, the physical and environmental improvements; furthermore, this division also provides the proper laboratory services for metalworking, woodworking, and technical and engineering operations supporting the curriculum, and includes the repair and maintenance of the faculty’s vehicles.

Responsibilities


Buildings and Grounds


  1. Manage the facilities of the building, maintain buildings and building engineering systems, and save the energy and power
  2. Manage the building security, and the physical and environmental improvements

Maintenance


  1. Supervise buildings and the building utilities
  2. Maintain and supervise buildings and building engineering systems

Woodworking and Metalworking


  1. Supervise the laboratory services for the metalworkings and the woodworkings
  2. Supervise laser cutting machines and CNC machines in FABLAB

Technical and Engineering Operations


  1. Repair and keep the faculty’s vehicles in good shape
  2. Be responsible for the vehicle use, the vehicle-use queues, and the proposal of car-use permission
