The Faculty of Architecture, Chiang Mai University, has the policy to promote the quality to become international excellence in order to comply with the faculty strategic plan B.E 2563-2567 in encouraging the Faculty of Architecture to become an institution of applied Lanna innovation architecture focusing on progressive creative innovation in a fast-paced dynamic. In this way, the faculty’s quality assurance system has been applied to follow the Advance education quality criteria (EdPEx) with the goal to improve the institution’s development to level 300 within B.E. 2566.

Quality Improvement in Work Systems
The chief executive officers from the executive committee work with the strategy committee in the strategy conference, and pass on the strategies to staff during the staff meeting in order to improve work systems by considering inputs, core competencies, task segmentations, work structures and personnel, and missions. The five main work systems contain the core process (CP) and the support process (SP) to drive the mission to the goal.
