Submission Requirements

Full Paper — Complete manuscript in PDF or DOCX following the official template (4,000–6,000 words)
Author Information — Full name, affiliation, and email of all authors
Keywords — 3–6 keywords in English

Full paper submissions only. Abstract-only submissions are not accepted.

Payment: Registration payment is not required at submission. Payment details will be provided by email after your paper is accepted.

Submitted papers must be original work that has not been previously published or is currently under review elsewhere.

Review Process

All submissions undergo Double-blind Peer Review by at least 3 independent expert reviewers. Author identities are not disclosed to reviewers, and reviewer identities are not disclosed to authors.

Accept

Paper accepted for publication as submitted.

Minor Revisions

Minor changes required; revised paper reviewed by the editor.

Major Revisions

Significant revisions required; paper undergoes a second round of review.

Reject

Paper does not meet the conference criteria and will not be considered further.
