The following requirements apply to poster presentations.
Submit an abstract first; upload your poster after acceptance.

A0 or A1 portrait (89 × 118 cm)
Final Poster Format
PDF, JPG, or PNG (max 20 MB)
Font Recommendation
Arial, Helvetica, or similar sans-serif

Important: You only need to submit a structured abstract (max 250 words) during the submission process.
Your final poster file will be uploaded after your abstract is accepted and registration payment is confirmed.
Submission Requirements
Full Paper Track
- Full Paper — Complete manuscript in PDF or DOCX following the official template (4,000–6,000 words)
- Author Information — Full name, affiliation, and email
- Keywords — 3–6 keywords in English
Full paper submissions only. For this track, abstract-only submissions are not accepted.
Poster Presentation Track
NEW
The Poster Track is designed for work-in-progress research, student projects, and practice-based research
that is best communicated visually. Posters are displayed during the conference and authors present briefly
to attendees.

A0 or A1 portrait (89 × 118 cm)

PDF or JPG/PNG (upload after acceptance)
Abstract-only submission. Submit a structured abstract (max 250 words).
No manuscript file required at submission.

Important Dates — Poster Track
- The deadline for abstract submission is 20 July 2026.
- The notification of acceptance/rejection will be sent to you via email by 24 July 2026.
Payment: Registration payment is not required at submission.
Payment details will be provided by email after your paper is accepted.
Submitted papers must be original work that has not been previously published or is currently under review elsewhere.
