Paper & Poster Tracks

The following tracks accept both full paper submissions and poster presentations. Choose the format that best suits your research or project.

Poster Preparation

The following requirements apply to poster presentations. Submit an abstract first; upload your poster after acceptance.

A0 or A1 portrait (89 × 118 cm)
Final Poster Format
PDF, JPG, or PNG (max 20 MB)
Font Recommendation
Arial, Helvetica, or similar sans-serif

Poster Template: Download the official poster template to prepare your presentation.
Important: You only need to submit a structured abstract (max 250 words) during the submission process. Your final poster file will be uploaded after your abstract is accepted and registration payment is confirmed.

Submission Requirements

Full Paper Track
  1. Full Paper — Complete manuscript in PDF or DOCX following the official template (4,000–6,000 words)
  2. Author Information — Full name, affiliation, and email
  3. Keywords — 3–6 keywords in English
Full paper submissions only. For this track, abstract-only submissions are not accepted.

Poster Presentation Track NEW

The Poster Track is designed for work-in-progress research, student projects, and practice-based research that is best communicated visually. Posters are displayed during the conference and authors present briefly to attendees.

Abstract-only submission. Submit a structured abstract (max 250 words). No manuscript file required at submission. You will upload the poster file after your abstract is accepted and payment is confirmed.

Important Dates — Poster Track
  • The deadline for abstract submission is 20 July 2026.
  • The notification of acceptance/rejection will be sent to you via email by 24 July 2026.

Payment: Registration payment is not required at submission. Payment details will be provided by email after your paper is accepted.
Submitted papers must be original work that has not been previously published or is currently under review elsewhere.

Review Process

All submissions undergo Double-blind Peer Review by at least 3 independent expert reviewers. Author identities are not disclosed to reviewers, and reviewer identities are not disclosed to authors.

Accept
Paper accepted for publication as submitted.
Minor Revisions
Minor changes required; revised paper reviewed by the editor.
Major Revisions
Significant revisions required; paper undergoes a second round of review.
Reject
Paper does not meet the conference criteria and will not be considered further.
