Policy and Planning
The Policy and Planning unit is responsible for these followings: the annual budgeting management, the annual government statement of expenditure, the strategic workforce plan, the physical plan, the risk management plan, the Chiang Mai University and Faculty of Architecture’s strategy project, and the work performance of the strategy project report.
