The Faculty of Architecture, Chiang Mai University has organized a creative national conference "Creative Local Wisdom" and graduate students seminar of partner universities 2019. On June 6, 2019 at the Faculty of Architecture, Chiang Mai University, Clinical Professor Niwes Nantachit, President of Chiang Mai University, was the chairperson to give an opening speech to the audience and Assistant Professor Dr. Charnnarong Srisuwan, the Dean of the Faculty of Architecture, has delivered a welcoming remarks. The Creative National Conference "Creative Local Wisdom" and graduate students seminar of partner universities 2019 is held during June 6-7, 2019 at the Faculty of Architecture, Chiang Mai University. There are many activities in this occasion including a talk under the topic "The Role of the Council of Deans towards the Academic Advancement in the Architecture Field" by Assistant Professor Dr. Antika Sawadsri, the President of the Council of Deans of Architecture Schools of Thailand, followed by a special lecture entitled "Creative Wisdom and Contemporary Architecture" by Mr. Suriya Umpansiriratana, a professional national architect. There are also a creative paper presentation and graduate students seminar on "Creative Local Wisdom." The event also showcases the academic works of professors of the Faculty of Architecture, Chiang Mai University and an exhibition of strategies under the Faculty of Architecture, Chiang Mai University's vision movement project 2019 at the 21st Century Learning Center and Faculty Hall.
