This construction was designed and built at Guangzhou Nansha Bird Park between December 1 - 7, 2019. The team includes 6 students, which are Mr. Natthaphum Sungwiset, Miss Kamolchanok, Mr. Pasit Pongpakatien, Miss Tanyapat Dokchan, Miss Nuttakitta Manakit, and Miss Phichanan Kantahor.

This bamboo construction is named "Flying in the Wind." It was inspired by the sound of the birds, their free movement, the wind, and the gesture of the bird standing on the rock Birds are seen as soft and puffy while the rock is hard and rough. This contrast performs the harmonized sense of nature.

The team also presents Thai local wisdom in their work. They apply the same construction method as in the traditional bamboo house by using the natural material with the crafting skill such as rope tying and the use of wood peg. These traditional methods allow the structure to be shiftable. This work is constructed by using bamboo weaving just like bamboo baskets in Lanna culture, they can form themselves only by using different weaving patterns. The work shows characteristics of the bamboo, which are light and flexible, and also shows crafting techniques and the aesthetic of bamboo architecture.
